14 years ago, me and my scrawny 1 year old cat made the big leap and moved from small town Mississippi to a tiny little studio apartment on Belmont in Big City Chicago.
This was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.
Thanks to Chicago, I:
Met and married my amazing husband.
Had life-changing surgery.
Made the best friends I could ever ask for.
Performed countless shows.
Created some of the dumbest and most fun comedy ever.
Choreographed countless shows.
Have been on TV.
Was photographed by a world-class photographer.
Visited the most amazing places.
Eaten so much incredible food.
Created the life I only dreamed was possible.
(and so much more!!)
I am so incredibly blessed and grateful for all my experiences over the years. The City of Chicago has been good to me. We'll see what happens next!
