Introducing Modet Dance Collective!

I am super excited to announce my latest (and coolest) project that I've been working on:

Modet Dance Collective

It started with an introduction to another choreographer by a mutual friend, and grew from there. We each reached out to dancers we knew and people we met (and people who auditioned for me for other projects). We now have a nice solid group of dancers and choreographers who are each amazing! I am having the time of my life dancing again and I am so inspired that I keep coming up with ideas for pieces that I want to see these talented dancers perform. It's been a dream working with everyone.

We are performing a sneak peek of 4 new works this Friday, May 2nd at 6:45pm at the Bridgeport Art Center. They are hosting us as a part of their exhibit opening Artemisia After 40.

The show is free and open to the public. Come check us out!

Our pieces are choreographed by Pam Krayenbuhl, Melissa Talleda, Anna Zordan, and myself.

We will also be presenting a full program of these and other works on Sunday, June 15th at Stage 773. We are partnering with members of the Living Room Playmakers for this performance, entitled "Future Perfect Tension".  Stay tuned for more info on this show, cause you won't want to miss it!

It has been such a gift being able to dance again. I hope you can join us Friday for our preview!
